Flora CUSD 35 Shall members of the Board of Education of Flora Community Unit School District No. 35, Clay, Wayne, and Marion Counties, Illinois, be elected in 2017 and thereafter, at large and without restriction by area of residence within the district instead of the current restriction that not more than three (3) members on the board of education may be selected from one (1) congressional township in the school district?
