VILLAGE OF PLAINVILLE Shall the Village of Plainville provide a sole source garbage and refuse provider for the residents of the Village of Plainville, who will provide for weekly collection of garbage and refuse and also provide a yearly village wide clean up, and place the cost of said service on each water bill sent by the Village?
