VILLAGE OF COULTERVILLE

"Shall the Village of Coulterville increase the tax rate from one-hale (1/2) of one percent (1%) to one percent (1%) on the gross receipts from all authorized sales made with in the municipality and subject to the Illinois Retailers' Occupation Tax Act and Illinois Service Occupation Tax Act, the proceeds of which shall be expended only for the improvement of public infrastructure*?"

* "public infrastructure" means municipal roads and streets, access roads, bridges and sidewalks; waste disposal systems; and water and sewer line extensions, water distribution and water purification facilities, storm water drainage and retention facilities, sewage treatment facilities.
